HOFA impact assessment

Description: Assessment tool that describes the feasibility of the activity and its applicability across different contexts.
Tasks: Easy2use assessment methodologies for evaluation and self-reflection on use of HOFA. This tool is based on the impact assessment that L4H will carry out within the course of the project and that functions as the evidence based proof of concept. The tool will be transferred as a general evaluation tool that can be used on a routine basis to continuously improvement of the HOFA’s. The resource will be developed in English but made available in the other L4H languages (Danish, Slovenian and Lithuanian, Dutch and Spanish) on the initiative of the L4H partners.
