In the context of Erasmus+ a Multiplier Event is an event that is organised to share the intellectual outputs of a project with a wider audience. Learn4Health includes four Multiplier Events and the first one will be held in Arden, Denmark, April 2018.

Event Title: Partner Schools Meeting 1
Country of Venue: Denmark
Event Description: Arden Skole in Denmark. The multiplier event will centre around the leading intellectual outputs mentioned below and will have the purpose of experience how the activities in each country are developing. There will also be special focus on the Intellectual Output O3 that will be used as a case on the event. Due to changes in the project, the event forms the first public launching of the project. It presents the project plans and it present cases of ongoing HOFA’s. It acts as an open invitation to the professional public to get involved. It will also create important links with media and give inputs to the risk handling efforts of the project. The multiplier event is held in conjunction with a closed transnational meeting. This will act as an important element of the get together process of the project team. This event will gather all school and university partners for a series of workshops at Arden School.

Event Title: L4H half way
Country of Venue: United Kingdom
Event Description: The L4H midway multiplier event forms the “en route” time for reflection of the project. It is a “touch base” event looking back and presenting what has been achieved so far and at the same time presents the status of project plans. It also present cases of ongoing HOFA’s sourced from the local Yorkshire environment, especially the work from intellectual output O9. This midway event will provide new inspiration and add to the L4H stakeholder management efforts. It will offer key input that can be used for “end-of-the line” project “re-planning”. It will also reinforce important links with media and give inputs to the continued risk handling efforts of the project. Special emphasis will be set on attracting policy and decision makers from EU and intergovernmental organizations. The policy recommendations on using the school foodscapes as a living lab for learning about food, nutrition and health will be presented.

Event Title: Conference: The School as a living lab for learning about food, nutrition and health
Country of Venue: Denmark
Event Description: This L4H conference is an important landmark of the project. The title underlines the ambitious goals of the project. The conference present examples of cases and HOFA’s from both the local area and from L4H partner countries. It gives best examples of the impact assessment carried out as part of the evaluation of the project and importantly it seeks further answers by linking up to O11, i.e. linking to the World Food Summit Case Competition in Copenhagen.
World Food Summit Case Competition: The World Food Summit Case Competition will succeed in innovative approaches to foodscape teaching/ learning with point of departure in cases related L4H. The event will focus on providing both theoretical and practical expertise on developing new designs and prototypes as well as strategies and curricula on how to integrate a foodscape pedagogy into existing school curricula. Parallel with the course a Learning/Teaching/Training Activity will be carried out.

Event Description: The second Partner School Meeting will also be the L4H final conference. The event will be an important landmark of the project, i.e. the title underlines the ambitious goals of the project. The final conference present examples of cases and HOFA’s both from the local area and from L4H partner countries. It gives best examples of the impact assessment carried out as part of the evaluation of the project. This event will gather all school and university partners for a series of workshops at both the school and the research center in Slovenia, which will draw on a broad range of the intellectual outputs of the project and the teachers. This will be an invaluable opportunity to discuss and compare experiences, challenges and progresses amongst the partners, as well as an excellent forum to share ideas and inspiration with each other.
