Description: University graduate level course.
Summer Course linked to the World Food Summit Case Competition in Copenhagen on innovative approaches to foodscape teaching/ learning with point of departure in cases related L4H. The event will focus on providing both theoretical and practical expertise on developing new designs and prototypes as well as strategies and curricula on how to integrate a foodscape pedagogy into existing school curricula. Parallel with the course a Learning/Teaching/Training Activity will be carried out. (See C2).
Facts: The World Food Summit Case Competition is an international competition that brings together MSc and PhD students from countries all over the world to be the food policy-makers of tomorrow. Small teams from across the world will develop forward-thinking solutions to a case study that spans the breadth and depth of food systems in a three-day program. The Competition culminates at the Danish Parliament, Christiansborg, where selected teams will present at the final plenary of the World Food Summit to all Summit participants, including Danish Minister of Environment and Food.
